Every business large or small can share a lot of the same types of
challenges. However, my systematic and strategic approach is
uniquely applied to the needs of your organization based on the
complexity of the work to be accomplished. There will be differences
in the amount of time spent on research, interviews, systemic
analysis, strategic planning and a call to action. For these reasons
we will first discuss your needs and agree on an approach.
Estimates
Below are some ballpark estimates:
Coaching $150 and up
Each manager or executive will have unique needs as the person may
have unique responsibilities. Some coaching is straight-forward,
other forms are more complex. My services are designed to match you
needs.
Change Management $1500 & up
Every successful business desires to manage transition well. My job
is to ensure that this happens internally so that your employees
stay the course, understand the bigger picture and remain or become
more dedicated. You will find that I can support you at any stage of
transition. It’s worth a conversation.
Workshops $250 & up
My philosophy is that that workshops are not designed to make
presenters look good, but to cater to the short- and long-term needs
of the audience. If your employees could use professional, engaging,
interactive and down-to-earth workshops that focus on their needs
and growth, then this will be a great fit. You can pick from the
many topics I have already presented on or ask me to design a
workshop specific to you. Either way, it would be my pleasure to be
of assistance to you.
Public Speaking/Mc’ing $250 & up
Special events deserve special attention to atmosphere, audience,
purpose and memorable moments. Allow me to set the tone for your
event whether formal or informal. The job of a great MC is to host
the event gracefully, intelligently and engagingly. It can also be
to inspire people to give of themselves, celebrate others or simply
have a good time. Sometimes it even ask of the MC to be quick on his
or her feet. Let us talk about how I can help you make you event as
special as it deserves to be.
